Other Details: Quintus' first wife supposedly died in childbirth.¹ Sally Scheetz indicates that when Quintus' son Reuben separated from his wife, his grandson William came to live with him.¹

** Because both of Quintus' wives were named "Annie" many researchers think that he only had one wife. I am troubled by the fact that Quintus' obituary says his wife died 12 years before him, while Census records indicate his wife survived him.
