William G. Reggetz, age 55 of Waynesburg died Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at Respicenter West in Waynesburg.

He was born February 1, 1953 at Waynesburg, a son of the late William and Audrey Firestone Reggetz. He was a graduate of Jefferson-Morgan High School.

Mr. Reggetz worked as a deck hand for Mon River Towing. He had worked for several years for Central Cambria Drilling and was a member and past president of Construction Local 1846 of the United Mine Workers of America, District 5.

He resided most of his life in Jefferson and Waynesburg. He was a past President of Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 598 in Waynesburg. He was a member of Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 461 in Waynesburg, and a social member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and Disabled American Veterans in Waynesburg.

Surviving are two sons, Levon and wife Jodi Reggetz, and Brian and wife Meranda Reggetz, all of Waynesburg; six grandchildren, Zjeb, Jole´, Mace´, Brenen, Brittney, and Bailley; and one brother, Paul Reggetz of Waynesburg.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 18, 2008 at the Waynesburg Eagles Club, 58 West High St. in Waynesburg.

Arrangements are under the direction of Behm Funeral Homes Inc., Waynesburg.1
