John Mosby is summoned to appear at the next Court to declare
whether he will take administration on the estate of Edward
Mosby , decd. May 3, 1742/ . Ibid, p. 184.
Edward Mosby, decd. The Heir at Law of Edward Mosby, Deceased,
having (after being summoned) refused to appear in Court and
take administration on the said Decedents Estate, It is ordered
that the Sheriff do sell the said Estate according to law, and
render an account of his proceedings therein to the next Court.
