Secondly I ordain that my son, Thomas Fearn have Five Pounds
Current money for to be Laid out in his Schooling over and above
what I shall in this my will hereafter give him and that my
daughter Sarah have three Pounds laid out in the same use and
after the same manner and I likewise I give my Daughter Anne
three Pounds in the same manner to be laid out in the manner
aforesaid.
Thirdly I Lend to my wife all my estate both Reall and Personal
During her natural life so that she have the while and sole
management for the term aforesaid. And not to be molested by any
person whatever in the management of my aforesaid Estate.
Fourthly my will is that After my wife's deceased my Personall
Estate and negroes be Equally divided among my children. Each
child to have a just Proportion of my estate.
Fifthly I give my land after the death of my wife to my son John
Fearn and his heirs forever.
And lastly I do appoint my son John Fearn, my son-in-law William
Owen Executors of this my will to advise my wife in the
management of my estate aforesaid. But in no wise to act
contrary to her Inclination and I Likewise appoint my wife,
Executrix of this my will.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto fixed my hand and seal this
27th day of April 1743.

ordered to be recorded (John Fearn & William Owen) the other
Exors. therein named refusing to take upon them the Exorship)
And the sd Anne having taken the oath of an Exor. Certificate is
granted her for obtaining a Probate in due form.
