A. Foster's will 1763: Item. I Lend to my Wife Sarah FOSTER
During her ~ Natural Life and Widowhood, one Negro man named Sam
and one Negro Woman named Tenner But in Case she should Marry or
after her Death which ever first shall happen, then the sd.
Negro Woman & her Increase, I give to my son John FOSTER & his
heirs forever & the said Negro Man Sam to my son ~ Anthony
FOSTER & his heirs forever. Also I give to my Said Wife her
Choice of a Feather bed & furniture, two Cows & Calves & any one
of my horses or Mares, to her & her heirs forever.

He married his 2nd wife Ann Willson in 1868 and she died in
1870. He married Lovina and her married neme was Rader. Rader
died in June 1879 and Lovina married John Carter Ball on October
26, 1879. It seems that John Carter Ball had met both Rader and
Lovina before Rader's death. Lovina was born on January 5th,
1819 and she died on April 20, 1921. Lovina was born in
Vermont. Since there is not a death date on her tombstone, my
cousin Nancy says that she is not buried in the same grave site
as John Carter Ball. It seems that Lovina was in Braymer,
Missouri at the time of her death."
