Bullock File at the Richard Thornton Library in Oxford in Granville County, NC contain 12 file cabinet drawers full of genealogy material, documentation, copies of records, etc.on the Bullock family. James & wife are buried near Drewery. In 1797 James operated a store in N.C. "near Nutbrush bridge". This store was later run by his son, John. The chief business of the store was the manufacture & sale of boots & shoes."
