office in 1633. In 1646 he served in the Treasury office under
King Gustaf Adolph as a judge of a district in the county of
Upland. On 1651 the queen apinted him Referendary of the land
revenue office. At the time of his death was Archives ins pector
of the Royal Exchequer. He was reported to have been married
three times. He firstly at the beginning was a musician. In 1645
he was resident of Wismar when the territory was ceded to Sweden
by the treaty of
Westphalia he then became a swedish subject. In Sweden were born
5children one which was Carl who came to America by abduction
and sold into slavery in Virginia.
After moving to Stockholm he became scribe at the judicial board
for public lands and funds 1 633, clerk at the Archives for
Public Lands and Funds 1642, district judge in Nardinghundra
hundred 1646, referee at the Judicial Board for Public Lands and
Funds 1651 and inspector at the Archives for Public Lands and
Funds 1665. Owned a house made of stone in Klara, close to the
church, in Stockholm. He also was a musician and played the
oboe. Died 1669 in Klara parish in Stockholm, buried in the
family grave in Klara, inside the church.
Married first Dec 1, 1633 to Karin Larsdotter, secondly Sep 24
1645 to Gustava (no surname known) and a third time Oct 15, 1654
in the German parish in Stockholm to Beata Balzarsdotter Salina,
royal housekeeper for the dowager queen Hedvig Eleonora (widow
of King Charles X) at Gripsholms Castle, was buried Dec 17, 1693
in Mariefred, daughter of Balzar Salinus who was barber-surgeon
to the court.
