Thomas Jeter moved to Amelia Co. after 1757. Thomas' sons later
resided in neighboring Lunenburg Co., where his brothers,
William and Joseph Jeter settled, but it would appear that
Thomas lived in Amelia until his death. His nuncupative will was
made there on 29 Aug 1765.
