Know all Men by these Presents that I Paul McGraw, of the State
of Mississippi Wilkinson County for the love and affection I
have for my son Thomas H. McGraw, Give unto him and his heirs
and assigns forever a certain Negro Boy Slave about Thirty four
years of age named Lee. On Witness thereof Hereunto set my hand
and seal this 18th Day of May 1837.

duly sworn, deposeth and saith that he saw the within named Paul
McGraw whose name, or Mark subscribed to the within Deed sign
seal and deliver the Same to the within named Thomas H. McGraw
that he this Deposeth subscribed his name thereto as a witness
in the presence of the said Paul McGraw and that he saw the
other subscribing witness sign the Same, in the presence of the
said Paul McGraw and in the Presence of each other on the day
and year therein named.
