Charles was a superintendent at the General Olivers Powder Mill in Olivers Mills, Pa. This picture was taken in 1910. The family is identified as First Row: Silas, Fannie, Charles, Pauline and Watson. Second row: Ethel Bertis and Charles Jr. Third row: Florence, Freda and Benjamin.
