The document is a codicil to a will by Thomas Cozen, involving his sons, John and George and his son-in-law John Aylmer. The first change is place a condition on John that he may not marry, cohbait with or employ Mary Terrington to whom his father seems to have taken a strong dislike. The second change is to give John Aylmer first refusal during the sale of any property.
Transcription
The transcription has certain words in red which are those that I don't
know/understand, most of them being abbreviations, probably legal. If anyone
with more experience can enlighten me, I would be very grateful. Even with
these few problems it should help make the document more readable.
