Notes for Sarah "Sallie" STOKER

1861 Session records of the Court show that Tillmon Carter qualified at the August 1859 session (as her administrator), and that Dr. Richard Carter had died before the Testatrix (Sarah Stoker), that P. Allen Fesperman and wife Betty Allen had an interest as next of kin of Sarah Stoker. Another note says her will was dated/signed on 11/25/1844 and named Susan Carter, Robert Carter, Tilliman Carter, Green Carter, and D.C. Richmond as beneficiaries.
