Claim to Harrison Layton of Tippecanoe County in the State of Indiana for the sum of two thousand Dollars the following Real Estate in Tippecanoe County in the State of Indiana, to wit: The Southwest quarter of the south east quarter of Section Thirteen (13) in Township Twenty one (21) North range (5) West, containing 40 acres being the same land, this day convayed to Thomas F Gagan by William R.
