more to size of handwriting than to the quality of the document itself.
Ages for the infants were unreadable in many cases; it seems the Enumerator
initially entered "0" for age of each infant and then went back and overwrote
with an "x/12" fraction (i.e., entered age of each child in terms of months).
A "best read" (if one was to be made) for the age of each child can be found
in the notes below.
