ARRIVAL OF THE LADY JOCELYN
The Star December 8th 1879

Messrs Shaw, Savill and Co.'s ship Lady Jocelyn from London via Plymouth this morning, with 43 saloon passengers and 404 Government immigrants. She left Plymouth on August 30, so has been 100 days from that port. The ship anchored at 9.45 a.m., and the immigration Officer and Health Officer went off ot her at 11.30. We are unable, therefore, to give any particulars, as she was not cleared when our express left port. The pilot boat reported all well on board.
