[[Baltimore] Sun 19 June 1862 page 4]At Alexandria, Va, ceremonies took place yesterday in giving to the breeze, from the city hall across to the market, a large national flag presented by the Ladies' "Union Society." Mayor McKenzie, Col Gregory, Gen. Cooke, and Col. Bagley, of New York, with other officers, and some ladies and citizens were present. Gen. Cooke and Col. Gregory delivered addresses, and the drum corps of the 91st Pennsylvania regiment enlivened the occasion.
