Remarks (Alterations since last Report to be accounted for by name.)

[F&S] 126th & 129th Regt respectively

been reported as gained as being assigned to duty in this Regt from

Asst. Surgs. Swift & Schittler dropped by Orders from Brig Hd Qrs having

[The Official army register lists Assistant Surgeon Daniel D Swift, appointed 15 August 1862, in the 126th PA Infantry, which was organized in August 1862 at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, for 9 months service, and mustered out on 20 May 1863 when its term ended. It lists Assistant Surgeon Otto Schittler, appointed 15 August 1862, in the 129th PA Infantry, which was organized in August 1862, at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and mustered out on 18 May 1863, when its term expired. Both were members of their regiment when it was mustered out. I assume they were dropped because they were being counted as on special (or detached?) duty in their regiments; counting them in the 91st also would count them twice in the army.]

[co.K] Private Costello absent without leave
