[Numbers in square brackets and with grey shading are illegible in the manuscript; I have inferred them from totals.]

CONSOLIDATED MORNING REPORT of The Ninety First Regiment of Inft. Pennsylvania Volunteers commanded by Colonel E. M. Gregory

NOTE.--Regimental and Battalion Staff Officers, when belonging to companies, will be reported in such companies as "on detached service," and be accounted for in "Field and Staff." They will, however, be dropped from aggregate of "Present and Absent" in Field and Staff, and be accounted for in the aggregate of their respective companies.

[co.D: '12' appears to be written over '14'. co.K: '7' appears to be written over 8, and is very hard to read. The '6' in the total '66' is written over another number, and is very hard to read. I suspect Tayman (or whoever filled this out) originally had '14', changed it to '12' given the originally remarked discharge of 2 men because of disability, and didn't correct this when he reduced that to 1 man discharged. If that's right, co.D should be '13', and the total should be '67'.]
