1. Col. Gregory 91st Pa. Vols. with the provisional Battalion now under his command, and the three companies of Recruits organized at this Depot, will proceed per Steamers Argo R. Barton and W. Williams to Port Royal and on his arrival there will report to the commanding officer at the place for instructions.
