Specification in this that Said Private John Garrity of Company "E" 91st Regt Pennsylvania Vols. did without proper authority absent himself from his company Regiment & Post from the 14th day of July to the 2nd day of November 1864. When he was apprehended and delivered to Captain Jacob S. Stretch Provost Marshall 3rd District Pennsylvania at his Head quarters.

This at McClellan Hospital Philadelphia, Pa. on or about the 14th day of July 1864.
