The following Acts of Congress are published for the information of all Concerned.

I Public No 57.

An Act to Amend the Several Acts here to fore passed to provide for the Enrolling & Calling out of the National forces & for other purposes.

Extract

Sec 2. And be it further enacted that Non Com officers & Privates in the Volunteer Service Shall recieve [sic] the Same amount of Clothing as Non Com. Off. & Privates of the Same Arm of the Regular Army
