I have the honor to submit the following report in case of M. D. Miller Private Co "C" 91st Regt. P.V.V.
He is reported on the Rolls of the company as a drafted man from the fourteenth district. Franklin County Penna and reported for duty on the 27th of Sept. 1864, was sent to this Regt. along with a detachment of one hundred Drafted men and Substitutes, and arrived on the 14th of Oct. 1864 since which time he has been with the Regiment and has always been attentive to his duties
