Vera Fennell, Peter Abbott's granddaughter, served as national president of the GAR, and as president of the Pennsylvania Department of the GAR.
Samuel S Conrad, son of Samuel Conrad (E), was a messenger for the GAR in 1880, when he was 14 years old.
John Schwartz (K) is buried in the "South Side GAR Cemetery", in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
Corporal Skelly Post number 9, Gettysburg, Adams Cty, Pennsylvania, successfully recommended granting a pension to Francis Breighner.
Jerome Small was not a member of the GAR.
John Somerville died at the GAR Home at 65th and Vine Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (his residence).
