PENNSYLVANIA SOLDIERS' HOME.
Erie, June 30, 1894.

Lewis Keert [sic], Company C, Ninety-first Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers. Admitted May 29, 1891.

Disease: Perinephritis and renal calculi. Died August 10, 1891.

Made autopsy August 10, 1891, and found evidence of perinephritis and entroperitonitis, including colon; and a large colvid mass size of cocoanut, involving the pancreas, left kidney, spleen, and messentry [sic], and attached firmly to the back and left side of abdomen.

The estimated weight of the mass was 8 pounds. The tumor proved to be a colvid cancer.
