He was transferred to company C (1, 2).
He was wounded in the leg on 3 May 1863 at Chancellorsville, Virginia (1, 8, 9, 10 [leg]). On 7 May 1863, he was reported missing in action (2).
He died of delirium tremens on 8 March 1864, at Warrenton Junction, Virginia (1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7). He was a private, in company C (11, 12).
