He died in 1910 (7). Perhaps he is the Henry M Miller who died on 15 December 1909, in Duquesne, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania (10, 17). If so, he died at 913 Chestnut Street, 3rd ward, Duquesne Borough, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania (17). He was born on 19 November 1837, in Butler County, Pennsylvania, to Peter Miller and Elizabeth Millhorn (17). He was a merchant (17). He died of chronic enteritis (duration 250 days), with acute pleuritis (duration 10 days) contributing (17). On 18 December 1909, he was buried, in St Joseph MK Cemetery (17).
On 21 January 1910, his widow, Annie E Miller, successfully applied for a pension (7, 9).
