In 1870, he was living in Warriors Mark Township, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania (8). He was living with his wife Anna, and their children Eli, Mary, Lloyd, and Rose (8). He was a farmer, and owned $10,000 in real estate, and $2,218 in personal property (8).
In 1879/80, he married Lydia A [unknown family name] (10, 11). This was the second marriage for both of them (11). In 1900 and 1910, she had had five children, three of whom were alive (10, 11).
In 1880, he was living at 1216 Mifflin Street, ward 4, Huntingdon, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania (9). He was living with his [second] wife Lydia, and with Andrew and Jainie [?] (presumably her children from her first marriage), and Lloyd (presumably his son) (9). He was a day laborer, and had been unemployed for 3 months in the previous year (9).
On 16 March 1888, and again on 27 [?] February 1907, he successfully applied from Pennsylvania for a pension (4, 5 [1889 (sic)]).
In 1900, he was living at 1216 Mifflin Street, Huntingdon, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania (10). He was living with his wife Lydia (10). He was a day laborer, and had been unemployed for 10 months in the previous year (10).
He died on 1 [?] March 1915, at Huntingdon [?], Pennsylvania (4, 6 [5 March 1915]). He was buried in Riverview Cemetery, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania (6).
In 1910, he was living at 1216 Mifflin Street, Huntingdon, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania (11). He was living with his wife, Lydia (11). He was a retired carpenter (11).
On 16 March 1915, Lydia A Stine, his widow, successfully applied from Pennsylvania for a pension (4, 5).
