On 18 November 1907, he died, at 1517 East Montgomery Avenue, ward 18, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He died of gastroenteritis, with exhaustion contributing. He was a glassblower, and was married. Members of the Crescent Athletic Club were invited to his funeral, which was held from his late residence, 1517 East Montgomery Avenue.
