Sutton and Jesse Hardy to me the balance full to me of their heirship

WIT Dennis Daly, William Sutton

NOTE: The way this reads although it is not absolutely clear – William Sutton and Jesse Hardy were heirs together. Was Alfred also an heir of the same person. We know that Alfred married a daughter of Benjamin and Sarah Hardy Sutton, and we know that Benjamin dc 1837. I have no son by the name of William for Benjamin and Sarah but do have an unamed son who appears in their household in 1830 and not in 1840 and I assumed he died at that time. Certainly William Sutton and Jesse Hardy were heirs together giving more circumstantial that Jesse Hardy's wife was the daughter of Benjamin and Sarah Hardy Sutton.
