"My Grandmother was a short and fat and parted her hair in the middle - combed it straight down over her ears and made two biscuits at the nape of her neck. I remember her hair as light but I am told her eyes were dark." Sylvia Taylor Painter, Weakly Yarnal, Jan. 2, 1962.
