He died March 12, 1822 in Conway, Franklin, Ma. Mehitable Graves, daughter of Nathaniel Graves and Hannah Smith , was born October 21, 1732 in Athol, Worcester Co., Ma. She died July 11, 1800 in Conway, Hampshire Co., Ma.
