MONDAY, June 25, 1832.
Mr. President: The House of Representatives have concurred in the amendment of the Senate to the bill entitled "An act further to extend the pension heretofore granted to the widows of persons killed, or who died in the naval service."

The House of Representatives have passed bills of the following titles, in which they request the concurrence of the Senate, viz.

1. "An act to authorize the surveying, and laying out a road from Detroit to the mouth of Grand river of Lake Michigan, in the Michigan Territory; and for the survey of canal routes in the Territory of Florida;"
2. "An act to authorize the surveying and making of a road from La Plaisance bay, in the Territory of Michigan, to intersect the Chicago road;"
3. "An act for the relief of Mary Daws, Robert Bond, James Patridge, and John G. Smith;"
4. "An act to authorize the disposition of the fund arising from the sale of a quarter section of land reserved for the use of schools in Florida;"
5 "An act making an appropriation towards the expense of laying out and opening a military road from Fort Howard, at Green Bay, to Fort Crawford, on the Mississippi;" and
6. "An act for the relief of Randall Allis, Timothy Twichell, and John Lee Williams."
The said bills were severally read twice by unanimous consent, and considered as in Committee of the Whole; and

Ordered, That the first and second be referred to the Committee on Roads and Canals; that the third and fourth be referred to the Committee on Public Lands; that the fifth be referred to the Committee on Military Affairs; and that the sixth be referred to the Committee on Private Land Claims.

H.R. Journal--MONDAY, December 12, 1831. Mr. Joseph M. White presented a petition of Timothy Twitchell, John L. Williams, and Randall Allis, of the Territory of Florida, praying to be paid for certain tracts of land, containing live oak timber, conveyed to the United States
