Silas Allis, son of Silas Allis and Charlotte Hawley , was born July 23,1808 in Heath, Franklin, Ma. He married Sarah Richmond June 24, 1853 in Mansfield, Tioga, Pa. He died June 19, 1875 in Mansfield, Tioga Co., Pa. Sarah Richmond. She died July 31, 1890.
