James Clements Allis, son of Thomas Wells Allis and Elizabeth Clements , was born August 23,1825 in Kendall, Orleans Co., Ny. He married Sarah Elizabeth Wheeler June 06, 1847. He died May 04, 1888 in Clarendon, Orleans Co., Ny. Sarah Elizabeth Wheeler was born March 20, 1829. She died June 29, 1907.
