According to "The Columbian" v6 he had a mortgage with Samuel Allis of $1800 dated 3/17/1879. in v4 he had a mortgage with Samuel Allis of $550 dated 3/3/1876(LR-C32) & to Geogrge E. Burdick for $62 in 7/16/1875 (LR-C33)
