According to my information, Isreal Allis's parents are William Allis (1746 - 1823) and Abbigail Parker (1774 - 1826). William and Abbigail's other children are William Allis (1797 - 1797), William Allis (1799 - 1863) from whom I am
descended, Jacob Allis (1801 - 1801), Wesley Allis (1802 - 1803), Rebekah Allis (1808 - 1809), Isreal Allis (b. 1809), Martha Allis (1803 - 1874), Rachel Allis (1806 - 1880), and Olive Allis 1812 - 1847). Before William Allis (1746 - 1823) married Abbigail Parker, he was married to Hanna March and had four children: Abram Allis (b. 1771), Sarah Allis (b. 1773), Martha Allis, (1764 - 1796), and Susannah Allis (b. 1779) William's (1746 - 1823) father was Jonothan Allis, born either 1721 or 1723 and died in 1797. Jonathan's parents were Eleazer Allis (1677 - 1758) and Jemima Graves (1693 - 1726). Eleazer's parents were John Allis (1642 - 1691) and Mary Meekins Clark (died in 1704). John Allis's parents were Lt. William Allis (born between 1613 and 1616, Sailed from England in 1630, Died in 1678) and his wife Mary who died in 1677 in an Indian massacre. They married in 1677. This information comes from the source I cited in my 6/21/99 message and from a letter written to my great grandfather dated April 4, 1898. Apparently my great grandfather was also interested in family history (lucky for us) you can contact by e-mail at [email protected].
