Democratic Watchman - Jan. 06, 1922 - Page 4 GROVE-Mrs. Emma Priscilla SHEFFLER_GROVE, widow of Thomas GROVE, passed away at her home in Centre Hall at seven o'clock on Sunday morning (Jan. 01, 1922) following a comparatvely short illness with bronchial pneumonia, aged 76 years and 10 months.

She was a daughter of Peter & Catherine RHOADS_SHEFFLER and was born in Berks Co. When she was a child, her parents moved to Centre Co. so that practically all her life was spent in Pennsvalley. She had been a resident of Centre Hall since 1910. Mrs. GROVE was a member of the Lutheran Church all her life. Her husband died several years ago, but surviving her are the following chidren: Mrs. Anna GROVE_HARRISON, at home; Witmer GROVE, on the home farm east of Centre Hall; Arthur GROVE, of Potter Twp.; Earl GROVE and Mrs. R.F. (Mary) WILLIAMS, the later living in Lemont. She also leaves two brothers, Charles SHEFFLER of Dubois and Frank SHEFFLER of Findlay, IL.

Funeral services were held at her late home at ten o'clock yesterday morning by Rev. DRUMM, of the Lutheran Church, assisted by Rev. S.C. STOVER, of Boalsburg, after which burial was made in the cemetery at Farmers Mills.
