Mrs. Dennis KRIKAC was a patient in the Valley County Hospital in Ord, NE. with the flu, followed by pneumonia.


35 YEARS AGO (November 10, 1955): Mrs. Homer BAILEY received first and second degree burns on her arms, face and chest when a gas stove at the BAILEY CAFE exploded as she attempted to light it.


A son was born Nov. 9, 1955 at the Broken Bow Hospital to Mr. & Mrs. Frank LEWIN. Daughters were born to Mr. and Mrs. Romaine PETERS of Sargent, Custer Co. NE. Nov. 7, 1955.


In football, it was Elwood 13 and Comstock 0. Doug HIGGINS received a cracked shoulder in game.


Ruby TEMPLAR, (daughter of "Ed" - Richard Edgar ROTH) and James IRETON, both of Casper, WY. were married on Oct. 19, 1955. Ruby was my father's sister.
