Robert Earl Powers married Henrietta Anthony Patton on June 29th, 1913 in Moberly, Missouri. He was the son of Francis Newlin Powers and Lucy Margaret Dale. She was the daughter of David Williamson Patton and Mary Rosa Neth. They had 3 children, Dorothy Irene, Robert Earl, Jr. and Betty Jean.
