Kelly, Carl Thomas
Sheridan - Carl Thomas Kelly, 65, of Sheridan, died today in the Grant
County Nursing Home here. He was a retired timber worker.
Survivors include
his wife, Mrs. Corinne Walker Kelly; three sons, ..., all of Sheridan; four
daughters, ...; a brother, Lymand Kelly of Oregon; a sister, Mrs. Doris
Moorehead of Sheridan; two half-brothers, Ray Kelly of Pine Bluff and Roe
Kelly of Seaside, California; and 15 grandchildren.
Funeral services
will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Buie Funeral Home here. Burial will be in

Kelly, Cattie
Little Rock - Cattie Kelly, 57, of Sheridan, died Thursday at the Baptist
Medical Center here.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of
Sheridan.
Survivors include two brothers, Carl Kelly of Sheridan and
Lyman Kelly of Gilchrist, Oregon; a sister, Mrs. Doris Morehead of Sheridan;
and two half brothers, Ray Kelly of Pine Bluff and Roe Kelly of Seaside,
California.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Buie Funeral
Home of Sheridan. Burial will be in Lost Creek Cemetery. (from Pine

Kelly, Dollie Roberts
Graveside services for Dollie Roberts Kelly, 86, of Sheridan, Arkansas,
were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 30, in Orion Cemetery. Brother Robert
Ewing officiated.
Kely died Sunday, May 27, 2001, at Regional Nursing
Home at Bryant, Arkansas.
Born October 16, 1914, in Grant County, Arkansas,
she was the daughter of the late James Francis and Winnie Ford Roberts.
She attended schools at Walnut Ridge and Grant County.
she was a homemaker
and was of Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lyman
Kelly in 1972; three brothers, Arthur Roberts, Earl Roberts, and Marion
Ross Roberts; and three sisters, Lillian Lott, Lucy Baker, and Laurie Jackson.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funerla arrangements were

Sheridan - Lyman Kelly, 67, died yesterday at his home here.
He was
a sawmill worker.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Dolly Moorehead Roberts
Kelly; and a sister, Mrs. Dorris Moorehead of Sheridan.
Graveside services
will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Orion Cemetery near Sheridan. (from

Graveside services for Lyman Kelly, 67, of Sheridan, who died Tuesday at
Jefferson Hospital at Pine Bluff, were scheduled for 2 p.m. today in the
Orion Cemetery north of here by Reverend Tommy Roberson.
Burial was by
Buie Funeral Home of Sheridan.
He was a retired sawmill worker.
Survivors
include his wife, Mrs. Dolly Roberts Kelly; and a sister, Mrs. Doris Moorehead

Kelly, Zola Corinne Walker
Little Rock - Zola Corinne Walker Kelly, 79, of Sheridan, died today
at Baptist Medical Center here.
Born July 5, 1909, at Grapevine, she
was a daughter of the late Thomas A. and Ova Wafford Walker.
She was
a member of the Little Creek Baptist Church of Sheridan.
She was a member
of the Grant County Senior Citizen Organization.
Survivors include three
sons...; four daughters...; a brother, O. D. Walker of Forrest City; three
sisters, Ea- Lindler of Grapevine, Ara Gwi- of Sheridan and Theresa Cole
of Chestnut Mountain Georgia; 1- grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at - p.m. Wednesday at Buie Funeral Home of Sheridan
with the Rev. Dennis Holmes officiating. Burial will be in Grapevine Cemetery.

Kester, Floy Virginia Price
Mrs. Floy Virginia Kesterson, aged 82, of London (Pope County), widow
of Roe Kesterson, died Thursday.
She was a member of the Eastern Star
and a Methodist.
There were no immediate survivors.
Funeral will
be at 2 p.m. Friday at Humphrey Funeral Home in Russellville. Burial will

Ketchem, Clyde Adelma
Ketchem, Clyde Adelma--Services will be held in Payne & Sons Chapel
Tuesday at 10 a.m. for Clyde Adelma Ketchem, 63, of 2508 Park Way, who died
Friday in a Bakersfield hospital. Bakersfield Lodge 224, F&AM with John
W. Ray, worshipful master and John Radman, chaplain, will officiate and
interment will follow at Union Cemetery. Mr. Ketchem, a native of Texas,
had lived in Kern County 45 years. He was a member of Bakersfield Lodge
224 F&AM, the First Methodist Church and was a lifetime member of the Meat
Cutters Union. Survivors include his mother, Winnefred E.; a brother, Vance,
and a sister Thelma Doda, all of Bakersfield. Pallbearers will be James
Curran III, Gordon Ferguson, M. R. Davenport, D. A. Dewire, Barton De Witt

Clyde Ketchem Rites Scheduled for Tuesday. Masonic
rites will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday for Clyde Adelma Ketchem, 63, of 2508
Park Way, a retired butcher, who died Friday at his home from an apparent
heart attack. Mr. Ketchem, who retired when he sold his butcher shop at
Magunden four years ago, had been employed some years earlier at the Niles
Market. He was born October 22, 1902, in Palestine, Texas, lived for a brief
time in Los Angeles as a small boy and was reared in Arkansas. He came to
Bakersfield 45 years ago. He made his home with his mother, Mrs. Winnifred
E. Ketchem, 2508 Park Way. He was a member of Bakersfield Lodge 224, Free
and Accepted Masons, for 43 years, and was a life member of the Amalgamated
Meat Cutters and Butcher Workmen of North America, AFL-CIO. He was also
a member of the First Methodist Church. The Officers of Bakersfield Lodge
224 will officiate at the services to be held in Payne and Son Funeral Home.
John W. Ray, worshipful master, and John T. Radman, chaplain, will preside.
Interment will follow in the family plot in Union Cemetery. Dr. Wesley Farr,
pastor of First Methodist church, will officiate. He is survived by his
mother, a brother T. Vance Ketchem; a sister, Thelma M. Doda, all of Bakersfield.
The pallbearers will include James Curran III, Gordon Ferguson, M. R. Davenport,
W. A. Davis, Barton DeWitt and Harold Taber. [source unknown]
Ketchem, Thomas Vance
Ketchem, T. Vance - Services will be held in Greenlawn Memorial Chapel, 3700 River Blvd., Thursday at 10 a.m. for T. Vance Ketchem, 83, who passed away June 7 in a Bakersfield convalescent hospital. Libertas Lodge #466 F & AM will conduct the services. Officiated Master - Richard L. Davis, P.M., Chaplain - Onil Gragoire, P.M., Marshall - Vill Graffman. Interment will be in the family plot, Union Cemetery. Mr. Ketchem was a long time resident of Bakersfield. He was a television and radio repairman, operating his own business, "The House of Television" for 35 years. His hobby was raising orchids. He was a Past Master of Libertas Lodge #466 F&AM. Vance was a dedicated Mason and had received his 50 year pin. He also served as Secretary for the lodge for many years. He was a member of the Scottish Rite, past Commander of the Knights Templar, and was past President of the East Bakersfield Exchange Club. He is survived by his wife, Kay; son Edward V. Ketchem, both of Bakersfield; two daughters, Berry J. Neville of Bakersfield and Kathleen M. Duncan of Djakarta, Indonesia; ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sister, Thelma Doda of Bakersfield pallbearers will be Edward V. Ketchem, Ray Foust, Leon Moynier, James Parris, Fred R. Brown, and E. "Hal" Halbrook. Honorary pallbearers will be Kenneth L. Morris, P.M., Carl W. Luick, P.M., Henry Vore, P.M., and all Past Masters. Greenlawn Mortuary. Ketchem, Earl Roy--Private graveside funeral services were held today at Union Cemetert for Earl Roy Ketchem, 60, of 320 W. Beardsley, who died in a Bakersfield hospital September 30. Private interment followed. Mr. Ketchem, a native of Los Angeles had lived in Kern County 45 years. He was a meat cutter. Survivors include his widow, Mary; a son, Earl with the Air Force at Travis Air Force Base; his mother, Mrs. Winnefred Ketchem, Bakersfield; two brothers, Vance and Clyde Ketchem; a sister, Thelma Doda all of Bakersfield; two brothers, Vance and Clyde Ketchem; a sister Thelma Doda all of Bakersfield and four grandchildren. Ketchem, Winnefred E.--Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Payne & Sons Chapel for Winnefred E. Ketchem, 87, of 2508 Park Way, who died Thursday in a Bakersfield hospital. Rev. Kenneth Adams of the First Methodist Church will officiate and interment will follow in Union Cemetery. A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, Mrs. Ketchem had resided in Kern County 50 years. She was a 48-year member of the First Methodist church, past president of the Daughters of Union Veterans of the Civil War, a 50 year member of Bakersfield Chapter 125 OES, past president of the women's Relief Corps and past president of the Auxiliary of United Spanish War Veterans. Survivors include a daughter, Thelma M. Doda of Bakersfield, a son, T. Vance Ketchem of Bakersfield; five grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
