Medea Captured, October 5, by a squadron of four British frigates under Captain Graham Moore.

  Mercedes Destroyed, by being blown up on the same occasion : crew and passengers, except 41 persons, perished.
(G) Sta.-Gertruyda Captured, December 7, by the Polyphemus 64 and Lively frigate, off Cape Santa-Maria.
