Circular No. 390.

Admiralty, 28th October, 1859.

My Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty are hereby to direct that the Quarterly Returns of Badges conferred and worn as required by Circular No. 284 be discontinued from all Ships on the new system of Books and Accounts under Circular No. 321, the same being incorporated in the monthly Returns for the Record Books.

The Returns should be rendered as heretofore from all ships not in the new system.
