Admiralty, 3rd June, 1867.
My Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty have been pleased under the authority of Her Majesty's Order is Council of the 17th May, 1867, to establish the following Regulations with regard to the Full Pay and Half Pay of the Naval Instructors in Her Majesty's Fleet, but they are not to apply to Naval Instructors who are also Chaplains:

The New Scales of Full and Half Pay to commence from the 1st April, 1867, but only those naval Instructors who may have been serving on that date, or who may have thereafter served, are to be entitled to the benefits of these Regulations.
