Notice:  Isaac Iven Phelen changed the spelling of his last name for himself and all his descendants!

This genealogy is included because Julia Caroline Phelen and Martha Ellen Phelen (sisters) married

 Charles Erasmus Elmore and John Harrison Elmore (brothers)  making their children double cousins.
