George Elmore, also known as George R. Elmore, was the only son of Travis whose children's ages would allow the possibility (age wise) of  Reuben H. Elmore being a son.  By 1830 George R. Elmore had moved to Green Co. Illinois.  Please view the chart below by Bill Bollinger.   Bill Bollinger is descended from Deborah Elmore through her daughter Carmelia Elmore who was married to Joseph Bollinger in Camden Co., Missouri, on March 18, 1845.   Thanks Bill, for your hard work and logical thinking!

George R. M 45+ bef. 1775 50-60 1770-1780 1780 ? Born NC.  In Robertson Co., TN in 1820.  Moved to Greene Co., Illinois by 1827.  Heir in 1816 will of Travis Elmore filed Robertson Co., TN.  Served in Black Hawk War as mounted volunteer in 2nd Regiment, Whiteside's Brigade.
     
Patience F 45+ bef. 1775 40-50 1780-1790 1782 On the 1850 census of Greene Co., Illinois, in the household of Wm. Elmore. She is age 68, born Maryland.

3) Ralph  M 10-16 1804-1810   1800-1810 On pg. 15 of 1830 census, age 20-30.  m. Ann Duff, 23 May, 1830 and an LDS input reported had a child Rueben in 1831. Served in Black Hawk War in 1832 as mounted volunteer in 2nd Regt., Whiteside's Brigade with Geo. R. Elmore, Geo. J. Elmore, John Duff and Daniel Duff.  Of interest is on pg. 14 of same census is a Thomas Hibden.

5) Elizabeth F <10 1810-1820   1813 On 1850 Greene Co., Illinois census as wife of Andrew Harrison.  She is age 37, b. TN.  She m. Andrew Harrison 20 Sep 1827.
 
6) George J. M <10 1810-1820 10-15 1815-1820 1814 On 1850 Greene Co., Illinois, census age 36, b. TN. Married Polly (Mary?) Boiles 29 0ct.1840.  Served in Black Hawk War in 1832 as mounted volunteer in 2nd Regt., Whiteside's Brigade with Geo. R. Elmore, Ralph Elmore, John Duff and Daniel Duff.
     
7) William M <10 1810-1820 10-15 1815-1820 1816 On 1850 Greene Co., Illinois, census age 30, b. TN.  Patience, age 68, is living in his house hold. Married Cenia Boiles  1832. Mustered into Company B, 61st Infantry Regt. of Illinois, 3 Nov 1861, age 45, born Robinson (Robertson) TN.
     
8) Harriett F <10 1810-1820 10-15 1815-1820 1818 On 1850 Greene Co., Illinois census age 32, b. TN.  Listed in household of Wm. Elmore (age 30) and Cenia (age 23).
     
9) Unknown F   5-10 1820-1830
