      Delano PEDDY.     March 14 2011, A 28-year-old man was taken into police custody on Friday evening during an operation in Roaring River district, Westmoreland, Jamaica.   Reports from the Savanna-la-Mar police are that the man, who was held about 11:30 a.m., was identified as the main suspect in last year's murder of Delano Peddy outside his home at Segree Street in Savanna-la-Mar.   Peddy was shot dead on July 5, 2010 about 3:30 a.m.

      Roderick PEDDY     Roderick Peddy, age 34, male, Negro, born about 1911, entered the USA at Port Everglades, Florida on the ship General George S Simonds on May 18 1945. He departed from Kingston Jamaica.   He was born in Hanover Jamaica. His last residence was in Jamaica.     Roderick may have also gone by Peddie or Petty.

      Theophilus PEDDY     Theophilus Peddy, age 46, male, Negro, born about 1899, entered the USA at Port Everglades, Florida on the ship General George S Simonds on June 15 1945. He departed from Kingston Jamaica.   He was born in Kingston Jamaica. His last residence was in Jamaica.

      Slaves owned by James Sholto Douglas in 1817 in Hanover Parish Jamaica included Jenny PEDDY, age 28 (born about 1789), female.
      Slaves owned by James Sholto Douglas in 1823 in Hanover Parish Jamaica included Tom PEDDY, age 65 (born about 1757), male.
