Janese Thomas (now Shaw lives in Dumas,TX) is the blond
in the middle, I (LD) am sitting next to her. I need help
identifing the other children. Janese send me the photo
below and the three photos above. We are going to get
the kids all identified soon!!
LD on one of the reed "floating" islands
in the middle of Lake Titticacca, 50 miles from La Paz Boliva.
Lake Titticacca is supposedly the world's largest inland lake. It took 12
hours to cross by steamship at 15,000 ft altitude.
After fininshing my Portuguese summer school in 1974
in Salvador Bahia Brazil, I went to Rio and Sao Paulo Brazil.
This photo is of me on the trail from Sao Paulo To Cochobamba
Uruguy, and then on over the Andes mountains to La Paz Boliva,
then on to Peru.
