This cemetery was created by John Allen Hensley,
Sr. in 1970 at his homeplace on Sandy Creek
in Polk County. He deeded one acre of land on top of a hill for the
cemetery and had a small portion
of the land made as the cemetery and put a chain-link fence and gate
around it.

Location: At the intersection of US
Hwy 59 Bypass and US Hwy 190, go west on US Hwy 190
for 9.1 miles; turn right on Sandydale Road and go 1.4 miles; turn
left on John Hensley Road and go
1.6 miles to the Hensley homeplace. West of the home walk across Sandy
Creek to a path to the top
of the hill which is about 200 yards.
Cemetery is on private property and permission to visit the cemetery
is required from the property owner.
