"Livingston, April 28. (Spl)--A 50 year old Midway Community farmer, Henry Lamb, has been charged with the Saturday night rifle slaying of T.A. (Red) Butler, 36 year old Vidor boilermaker. Polk County Sheriff's authorities said Sunday the slaying allegedly took place following an argument over hogs. Butler, a native of Polk County, was longtime resident of the Midway community. He leaves a wife and two children." |
