G. A. Bazzoon, 51, of Vernon, son of Mrs. Mattie Bazzoon of Cleveland, died in a Vernon hospital Tuesday following a few days illness. 
Mr. Bazzoon was born and raised in Cleveland, but has resided the past 18 years in Vernon. He was a member of the Church of Christ. 
     Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mary Bazzoon who is a sister of Mrs. H. S. Jasper of Cleveland, 4 children, Mrs. Berta Mae Hawthorne, Miss Geraldine Bazzoon, G. A. Bazzoon, Jr. and Frances Bazzoon, all of Vernon; 2 brothers, Ted and Rufus Bazzoon of Cleveland; 4 sisters, Mrs. Leona Ramey of Cleveland, Mrs. Charley Coleman of Splendora, Mrs. R. S. Craig of Houston, and Mrs. Bob Griffith of San Antonio, the mother, Mrs. Mattie Bazzoon of Cleveland and 3 grandchildren. 
     The funeral was held at Vernon Wednesday afternoon, where interment was made
